NP. I admit as someone who doesn’t watch the Royals closely but who has always liked Kate, I am worried. The obviously fake photos, the complete lack of news for months, the bizarre reference to “birth family” in the announcement, it’s all off. I think her cancer must be either extremely serious or there is something else entirely going on, but I do not believe that this is as routine as they tried to make it sound. I hope she will be okay.

This isn't about what makes sense or shows compassion. Some people are the type to rake a cancer patient over the coals for no reason.

Kensington Palace doesn’t know how to play this Kate story. Originally, she was going to return to work and public duty after Easter. Originally, her surgery was not about cancer. The cancer was discovered a month later, and the chemo is “preventative” after the surgery. There’s no such thing as preventative chemo as Dr. Sanjay Gupta even awkwardly called out during the CNN story about Kates initial announcement about cancer. BBC couldn’t confirm or deny if green screen or picture editing was used for Kates announcement and also the Palace made it clear William was not there during the filming of the video. Odd. Why would he not be there to support his wife. Trying to protect the monarch in case the video received the same backlash as Photo Gate?

Something tells me they’re hiding a scandal. Kate and Will are no longer together and the kids are not living at Kensington Palace .

Why shouldn't she? I sure as hell would. Also, as far as I know, RBG and Alex Trebek did not have three young children. You sound like a jerk.

Precisely. Kensington Palace lied and stood firmly on their lies for months only to backtrack and retract their previous claims . “Kate does not have cancer!”
“Kate looks forward to returning to public duty in the spring”. “William is on the school run and taking care of Kate”

Now Kate is surrounded specifically by “birth family”. That’s a round about way of saying her husband isn’t there with her
