What did you eat today, and are you fat?

Submitted too early. Sorry.

And 2 days is not a "bender for days on end." Typically I eat beets/carrots/spinach/tomato....and rotate these with my dinners.

And red peppers. My favorite!

Breakfast: two hard boiled eggs and a few slices of pineapple

Lunch: salad with romaine, chicken, black beans, red peppers, tomatos and balsamic dressing

Dinner: spinach salad, homemade bolognese over wheat pasta

Snacks: apple, string cheese

Fat, pregnant and happy.

I think there are some serious eating disorders going on here.

I mean 3/4 of blackberries? Really?

Actually in many cases it is an estimation and not a measurement. Being mindful of portion sizes isn't necessarily unhealthy eating and can be helpful to weight loss or maintenance.

Orange for breakfast.

Hot chocolate (skim milk and good dark chocolate) and a freshly made Belgian waffle from the farmer's market for lunch.

Pre-Dinner Nibble of raw carrots and cherry tomatoes.

Dinner was pulled pork (from farmer's market) and 1/2 sweet potato.

Dessert was coffee chip ice cream and GOOD dark hot fudge.

(Would like to lose 10 lbs. But too happy enjoying food right now to take that too seriously

Yesterday for breakfast was hot chocolate and an orange.

Small movie popcorn. No butter.

Dinner was a garlic bagel with whitefish salad and smoked salmon (squeezed lemon on top.) And a peppermint Pattie from the trudge for dessert.

I also walked 4 miles.

A Trader Joe's product that is so good it's crazy. It's made from speculoos cookies (little Belgian cookies with a hint of gingerbready-cinnamony flavor). A friend of mine warned me she ate half a jar in one sitting when she got it and I couldn't see how that's possible but now I do. It's amazing. I limit myself to 1 serving/day which is 1 TB. There are "serving suggestions" on the jar for how to use it (on pancakes, waffles, etc.) but I haven't evolved past the eat-directly-from-the-spoon method of consumption.

For "breakfast" I had no food but hot chocolate (made w/ skim milk & dark chocolate.) Late lunch was Greek yogurt w/ fresh strawberries & honey. Dinner was mushroom ravioli w/ garlic olive oil and freshly shaved parmesan cheese. A side salad of spinach leaves and cherry tomatoes and carrots-no dressing. Dessert was 1/2 brownie w/ coffee chip ice cream on top .,. Would like to lose 5-10.
