I like this thread because I am trying to change my evil ways.
Today (or really yesterday): Breakfast: Black coffee 3/4 c of whole milk Greek yogurt with 1/4 c of blueberries and a sprinkle of almonds - GOOD Lunch: I don't remember eating lunch - BAD Dinner: Roasted thigh and wing of chicken Caprese salad - GOOD Dessert: I don't usually eat dessert, but I had 1/2 an ice cream sandwich and 2 glasses of sparkling wine - BAD I am not fat, and I just lost 7 lbs by eliminating nearly all wheat from my diet. I cheated today with the ice cream sandwich. It was so good. Tomorrow I need to eat more. Not eating enough will slow down the metabolism. |

water Lost 2 lbs! |
This sounds quite healthy to me! Assuming the quantities are appropriate. I see no reason why you can't eat like this, add some physical activity, and snack on raw veggies, plain popcorn/a few nuts/etc..., no calorie bevs, and be healthy. Don't beat yourself up! |
You are so kind. I am healthy. I am also morbidly obese. It is a description, not a value judgment.
