I have to hand it to her though - she knows how to stay in the news....

This is the same lady that started planting stories in the press about HERSELF as soon as she got engaged. The stories about Doria being invited to Christmas at Sandringham? The stories about Meghan being asked to be godmother to Louis? The numerous stories in People about her being a saint and misrepresenting the letter to her father that only quoted anonymous sources and anonymous friends? It's clear she has some kind of contract with People and has been trying to manipulate the press since the beginning. But now it's "unfair" because she's not controlling the headlines? Add that to her arrogance in thinking that her measly TV career has somehow given her more experience playing the press game than the decades of experience that the Royal Family has. And then there's the issue of starting off her relationship with her in-laws by planting stories in the media to begin with. No wonder the RF doesn't trust her.

You are treating gossip rag stories as fact. There is no proof that she planted any stories.

Except who else would have planted those stories? Who else would benefit from any of those stories? The Royal Family? Harry? Her father? Do you think random people would have created these stories out of thin air to sell to the press? The only person who would have incentive and therefore benefit from any of these stories is Meghan.

People don't like know it all, gold digging, whiny Royals who preach preach preach, whine whine whine but do pretty much NOTHING that they are lecturing everyone else about.

I should by a Hybrid car and walk to work but H and M can fly a jet to Elton's house for the weekend? Really??
All she had to do was STFU and enjoy her life. Stop trying to be above everyone.

You clearly aren’t a POC. You clearly live in a bubble.

Sorry honey, I am infact biracial.

Then sweetie you are ignorant to what POC go through. Stay in your bubble. The real world is hard and cold.

DP. Meghan is biracial. So I guess she's in the same bubble as PP.

I wonder, too, if Meghan might have a bit of postpartum depression. I had it after my second child and it warps your view of the world, and I didn't realize I had it until I started coming out of it.

This wouldn't surprise me at all, especially given that she's in a new country and away from her friends, family and familiar surroundings. It has nothing to do with not loving and embracing a new life, just the disorientation and isolation of adjusting to it, which are shown to increase the risk for PPD.

When I watched that interview with her, she reminded me so much of how I felt with PPD. I recognized it in her expressions. I remember feeling emotionally like the least little breeze would knock me right over. Money and privilege don't insulate anyone from that.

The cynicism and attendant lack of compassion on this thread is really disheartening. Truly, DCUM at its ugliest.

It could be regular old depression, too. Moving to another country is hard, even or especially moving to England from America.

But that's not what she's complaining about. What she says she's complaining about.

No, but it colors your view of the world and also how you react to it. Also, if Harry is seeing such anguish in private, he's probably frantic to try to fix it. His mother's experience clearly informs his own reactions to it, as he's acknowledged. He saw his own mother deal with depression, be susceptible emotionally to a relentlessly critical paparazzi, and be chased to her death. I can't imagine someone with his history being able to just brush off what's happening.

And yet that is exactly what William does.

Kate did not leave her country, friends and family. Her support structure was nearby. She also had years to adjust before she married and years more before she was pregnant and taking care of a baby. I don't recall any indications or suggestions that she might have PPD.

I'm Sorry, was Meghan not aware where British royalty live? Was a gun held to her head to marry at the speed of light? Or perhaps could she just not wait to get the ring and perks.

The real ridiculousness of the Meghan drama is the fact that no one in the British media is paying attention to Andrew, who is an actual f*ck!ng criminal.

The media is paying attention to him. The DCUN royal watchers aren't paying much attention to him, because posting about dresses or babies:etc., is much more fun.

The first kid is only 5 months. It’s not healthy for the baby or the mother. Numerous scientific studies on this.
