You want me to find articles that don't exist? George VI didn't protest England handing over Jews from British Isles to the nazis. There's no proven documentation from that period (not revisionist history years later) that he protested this because he didn't. I have Jewish ancestors who were British subjects who fled England in fear of being handed over to the nazis when England was trying to appease Hitler. The Brits were hoping they could compromise by allowing "only" their Jewish citizens to be slaughtered and only created this false narrative about being against Hitler afterwards when it was clear that wouldn't work. The BRF and their cousins the Russian monarchy had been known anti semites for a long time. Lots of nazis in the BRF family tree. I'm not a big fan of MM but you can't tell me she's done ANYTHING that comes even close to being as heinous as the family she married into. The BRF is trying to revamp their image now that times have changed to be more SJW but it's time for them to go. |

Also, England turned away boats filled with European Jewish refugees fleeing certain death. Some went to Ireland, some to the US, and some just died at sea. Where was the BRF challenging its citizens to open up their ports? They did eventually allow some refugees in but their initial reaction was to tell lots of Jews to scram. This is the stuff they conveniently forget. The BRF history isn't pretty . . . |

DP. It's just strange to say that behavior by the British Royal Family during and prior to WWII is the reason to abolish the British Royal Family. That doesn't even make sense. |

Why doesn't it? More than half of Europe's royal families were eliminated in the lead up to and directly before WWII. People were struggling and the populous recognized it was stupid to keep paying for people who wear dripping tiaras and sit at pianos wrapped in gold. In fact, Spain's King abdicated not even five years ago for that same reason. He got caught on a $20,000 hunting trip funded by the public in the midst of an extreme recession when 30% of the Spanish population was out of work. Not to mention the fact that his mistress was right there with him. |

Yes. Neville Chamberlain wanted to avoid another major war crippling Europe. So he met with Hitler as one leader to another prior to WWII. His appeasement was a mistake, even if guided by good intentions. But so what? Nothing you say proves a single thing about your allegations. Not one. You clearly know nothing about the history leading up to WWII, or even the war itself or all the issues surrounding it. Your claims British Jews were killed because the government sacrificed them to the Nazis is ridiculous. Drawing the royal family into this Nazi crackpot conspiracy scandal of yours only tells any sane person one thing, you are not sane. You might as well claim that FDR was in cahoots with Nazis for refusing to let the infamous ship of Jewish refugees dock in the US. In both British and American cases it was a sad mistake, but people did not have the hindsight to know what was to happen. |

Can we talk about colonialism? Hundreds of centuries of colonialism.
Lands exploited, natural resources stolen, people made into second class citizens in their own countries. A few young, shiny and modern royals doesn’t erase the inhumanity of colonialism. The BRF as an institution and the concept of the Commonwealth just need to go away. |

Stop with the idiotic hyperbole. Nobody’s talking about execution, but PP is absolutely right. The Commonwealth and public support of brf does need to go away. Just because there are mindless supporters like you doesn’t mean there aren’t a ton of people who would love to see these grifters, with their ill gotten gains, out on their asses. |
