When he was in the house, he was considered pretty moderate. |
Minnesota. The state that has not voted for a Republican for president since Nixon. |
| I love this guy |
Nobody thinks he's from San Francisco not Fox or Trump's supporters. They call him.that because it's one of their rallying cries. It's to associate him with Nancy Pelosi whose district is San Francisco. She was also an open supporter for Walz. It's a dog whistle for them. The same way they use the name Obama. It's also an attempt to attack his small town, Midwestern, folks grandpa persona. Basically he's a phoney don't be fooled he's just as ultra liberal as the rest of the Californians. It's a tactic. It remains to be seen how effective it is. |
DP and it doesn’t seem funny-clever, just smart. Fit in culturally with the middle Anericans you want to reach. Give them something to replace the red hats they’re starting to have second thoughts about. |
Stop trying to make fetch happen. It isn’t funny. It’s a camo hat for a ticket that finally figured out that there are voters in the middle of each state, too. |
That’s nice. I’m sure he appreciates that. You can donate to his gubernatorial re-election campaign and maybe he’ll run for the White House in 2032 and you can vote for him then. |
Sounds desperate to me |
There’s your answer. Their viewers are in fact idiots. |
Shapiro’s intro last night was…intense. Dark warrior energy mashed with Obama’s rhetorical style a little much. Lots of “I…I…I.” Apparently he was too self-interested in his KH interview. KH felt Walz would play better in a supporting role and loved his happy warrior energy. He was the staff favorite too. |
WTF does this mean? I have only ever heard it applied to Walz, and only in the past week. It sounds like some hippy crap, is it supposed to be viral branding? Walz’s biggest brand for the ticket is pragmatism, and this seems at odds with that. |
Shapiro’s people now putting it out there that he told the Harris vetting team he wasn’t certain he wanted the job. Since he was ambivalent, good thing he wasn’t chosen! I don’t think this is a guy who feels comfortable serving at the bottom of any ticket. |
| Tim Walz grabbed a bag of salt for you at the hardware store before they ran out. |
|
One major difference between Tim Walz and JD Vance......
Vance actually served in Iraq. Walz quit before his unit went. |
No one cares if he went to Iraq on desk duty. Did Vance serve for 24 years? |
