Nobody thinks he's from San Francisco not Fox or Trump's supporters.

They call him.that because it's one of their rallying cries.

It's to associate him with Nancy Pelosi whose district is San Francisco. She was also an open supporter for Walz.

It's a dog whistle for them. The same way they use the name Obama.

It's also an attempt to attack his small town, Midwestern, folks grandpa persona. Basically he's a phoney don't be fooled he's just as ultra liberal as the rest of the Californians.

It's a tactic. It remains to be seen how effective it is.

WTF does this mean? I have only ever heard it applied to Walz, and only in the past week. It sounds like some hippy crap, is it supposed to be viral branding? Walz’s biggest brand for the ticket is pragmatism, and this seems at odds with that.

Shapiro’s people now putting it out there that he told the Harris vetting team he wasn’t certain he wanted the job. Since he was ambivalent, good thing he wasn’t chosen! I don’t think this is a guy who feels comfortable serving at the bottom of any ticket.
