| He seems like such a salt of the earth guy. A former teacher who apparently first became involved in politics in 2004 because his students were catching flack for supporting John Kerry. He served in Congress is a rural, Republican leaning district for 12 years that elected Republicans before and after he left. Seems like the perfect choice to appeal to rural voters, Midwesterners and Moderates. |
