Worst Daycare Names

Give me a break. A day care is not an academy.

Beat me to it! When I moved down her from New England, I thought these were the names of prep schools at first! I think I figured it out when I saw Kiddie Academy, though... another bad name.

Omg! That's the place that immediately popped in my head. Over on Georgia Ave, right?
There's also a really dubious looking place on Riggs Rd. Can't remember the name but the place boasts that it's open 23 1/2 hours, 6 days a week on the sign.

And isn't there a doggy daycare by that name in Petworth?

I think of something akin to mouse droppings when I hear that. Who names a daycare that??

GAO. It's a play on their mission (writing lots of reports). Lots of government agencies do this (e.g., Little Scholars at the Library of Congress, Just Us Kids at DOJ, etc.)

I did not know that. Surprisingly cute and lighthearted, for a gov't agency.

I dislike Divine Kid, a home daycare on Kansas ave (I think). Divine Child would have been just fine, you know?

That's where we board our dog. When you call the hold music plays "Who let the dogs out?"

Minnieland Academy. It sounds like you're sending your kid to Disney.

The fed agency daycare names are adorable!
