What I eat in a day ( accountability)

Um no. I just did the math. It was no more than 1145 for the entire day. That's not enough. OP you'll lose weight and then gain it back. Just calculate your TDEE and cut 10-15% off that. Avoid starchy and sugars stuff too. It's pretty simple and sustainable.

The unity meals look good. Though you may need one for lunch and one for dinner

NP here. If this is the case, you should check your metabolism with a doctor.

The cook unity meals are really overloaded with fat and salt in my experience. I would switch to factor.

I'm okay. I would eat lunch but I work nightshift at the hospital. It's hard to fit meals in when I need to sleep during the day. <3

They certainly can be! It's hard but you can filter the meals by diet preference/low fat or calorie count. I actually don't mind because I get overwhelmed at the 100+ choices. Once you filter it's easier to sort through

We eat veggies. A lot of out delivered meals are vegetarian or veggie heavy.

These aren't frozen meals. They are fresh , toss in the oven meals.

No they aren’t. I get cook unity. And the vegetables are almost always starches: potatoes, sweet potatoes, cabbage, there’s almost never a real veggie side unless you separately order them.

OP, You can and should eat unlimited quantities of fruits and vegetables in addition to what you’re eating. You also need more than one serving a day of protein. Try adding in a snack of dry roasted almonds or cashews daily, it’s healthier.

They have new plantable meals and you can always filter to vegan/vegetarian. Or as you mentioned build your own meal with the a la carte options

You get a "lunch" break at work. Don't you eat or drink anything all day/night at work?

What are your goals? Are you trying to lose weight?

Night shift or not, you need to eat a meal at work. I can't imagine working an 8-12 hr shift and not eating anything.

You are not getting enough calories- or even close, for basic body function. Your body will be eating your muscle for energy if you keep this up, and pulling minerals from your bones

Exactly. If you want to crash diet at least do it the right way. You need to eat very high protein to ensure you do not lose lean mass, fill the rest with high fiber veggies like broccoli, green beans or asparagus, and you should absolutely supplement as you definitely cant get everything your body needs from any diet at such low calories. At the minimum you need a good multivitamin and fish oil. Or you can accept that fat loss might take a little longer and put yourself into a more reasonable deficit, allowing you to eat a more balanced diet. OP, what you are doing is awful for your health and unsustainable. Please, educate yourself a little bit on nutrition and fat loss and try to find a healthier approach.

Which hospital are you at? We most definitely do not get a lunch break. People just grab and go as they need.
