2/15 Breakfast - Fage 2% plain single serve container (100) 1/2 frozen wild blueberries (40) Dinner- cook unity meal firecracker chicken (550) Snack- La Maison Du Chocolat 4 pieces (120)
This is so sad. I hope you get the help you need :(
I'm okay. I would eat lunch but I work nightshift at the hospital. It's hard to fit meals in when I need to sleep during the day. <3
What are your goals? Are you trying to lose weight? Night shift or not, you need to eat a meal at work. I can't imagine working an 8-12 hr shift and not eating anything. You are not getting enough calories- or even close, for basic body function. Your body will be eating your muscle for energy if you keep this up, and pulling minerals from your bones
Exactly. If you want to crash diet at least do it the right way. You need to eat very high protein to ensure you do not lose lean mass, fill the rest with high fiber veggies like broccoli, green beans or asparagus, and you should absolutely supplement as you definitely cant get everything your body needs from any diet at such low calories. At the minimum you need a good multivitamin and fish oil. Or you can accept that fat loss might take a little longer and put yourself into a more reasonable deficit, allowing you to eat a more balanced diet. OP, what you are doing is awful for your health and unsustainable. Please, educate yourself a little bit on nutrition and fat loss and try to find a healthier approach.
