This thread is creepy.

But I would like OP to explain her “handful of shrimp cocktail” from a couple pages back. Like did she actually grab a fistful of shrimp from a buffet or something?

You are married and cook basically zero food yourself? Does your DH cook for himself or does he survive on a combo of random snacks and takeout/prepared food too? Do you have kids?

Breakfast - leftovers Chinese about a cup of Dan dan noodles and 1/2 cup chicken

Dinner - cookunity meal

You eat like an anorexic college student. All bits of unhealthy leftovers and prepared meals.

You say unhealthy. Maybe you're the one with the eating disorder if you consider prepared meals and Chinese food unhealthy. I'm not worried about that. I eat what I want when I want

For crying out loud. You don't know how many calories are in cook unity meals. Some of them have 700-1000 calories by themselves. This aren't jenny Craig meals.

Chinese food is cooked in tons of oil. Most restaurant food is cooked in lots of fat, that’s why it tastes good. So yes, it is unhealthy.

This salmon was grilled. I usually grill or cook in the oven. Super quick either way. Just add salt, pepper and some lemon juice.

OP is a masochistic narcissist. She enjoys being virtually flagellated.
