Chinese food is cooked in tons of oil. Most restaurant food is cooked in lots of fat, that’s why it tastes good. So yes, it is unhealthy. |

This salmon was grilled. I usually grill or cook in the oven. Super quick either way. Just add salt, pepper and some lemon juice. |
