This thread should be shut down. OP is claiming to be accountable -- to what??? -- but counting calories, none of which exceed 900 per day. What they need to do is stop counting calories and drink some milkshakes, or count calories to ADD many more calories to their diet.
This thread is feeding their eating disorder. Not good. OP why don't you melt butter over your cook unity meals or add drinks with calories 2-3X a day? |
