1/2 frozen wild blueberries (40)

Dinner- cook unity meal firecracker chicken (550)

Snack- La Maison Du Chocolat 4 pieces (120)

This is so sad. I hope you get the help you need

I'm okay. I would eat lunch but I work nightshift at the hospital. It's hard to fit meals in when I need to sleep during the day. <3

You get a "lunch" break at work. Don't you eat or drink anything all day/night at work?

Which hospital are you at? We most definitely do not get a lunch break. People just grab and go as they need.

Whatever. Everyone eats at some point during their shift, that’s the point

This thread should be shut down. OP is claiming to be accountable -- to what??? -- but counting calories, none of which exceed 900 per day. What they need to do is stop counting calories and drink some milkshakes, or count calories to ADD many more calories to their diet.

This thread is feeding their eating disorder. Not good.

OP why don't you melt butter over your cook unity meals or add drinks with calories 2-3X a day?

How is this any different than the other threads on this board? Sugar accountability? Help me not eat 12 mms, or I wanted a piece of cake today. It's all the same.

VlCD are a thing. Nobody is starving.

Eating 700 calories per day, on purpose, is starving yourself

There is a difference between being held accountable and being critiqued. You can really only expect the latter here at DCUM.

I'm sorry what? Shut down? because you don't agree with what OP is eating, or how much? While I agree she is not eating nearly enough who are you to demand the thread to be locked. How about continuing the discussion so others can learn!

People in vegetative states on tube feedings get more calories than this

What a privileged view of starving.

No they aren’t. I get cook unity. And the vegetables are almost always starches: potatoes, sweet potatoes, cabbage, there’s almost never a real veggie side unless you separately order them.

Cabbage is not a starch - in fact, it's what people on low carb diets eat to avoid starchy veggies.
