And the vegetables are almost always starches: potatoes, sweet potatoes, cabbage, there’s almost never a real veggie side unless you separately order them. OP, You can and should eat unlimited quantities of fruits and vegetables in addition to what you’re eating. You also need more than one serving a day of protein. Try adding in a snack of dry roasted almonds or cashews daily, it’s healthier. [/quote]
