Breakfast -
Dave's killer bread (160)
Light mayo (35)
Lettuce/tomato (10)
Bacon slice (120)

Dinner-
6pc salmon avocado roll (300)
4pc tuna cucumber roll (300)

Snack-
1/2 Kouign Amann (300)

Sounds pretty yummy, especially the BLT for breakfast. I think you might want to substitute some fruit for that bread based snack.

If she sustains it, yes. I instead expect that she will eventually end up binging and gains back what she lost in half the time the dieting took.

Uh that's a lofty claim. Hair couldn't be thicker or shinier. I'll leave my bones and labs to my Drs but thx

Not looking to lose a ton of weight. Some weeks I have consistent loss some weeks I plateau. I'm okay with either. It isn't a struggle to not eat. No need to binge. Ate what I wanted today- which was two slices of delicious pizza. The heartburn tonight isn't exactly worth it but it's fine. Tomorrow I'll go right back to my yogurt and delivered meals. It's not that serious

Why do you say that? (NP). What are you thinking this (one day??) is representing that is going to do to her. Not much calcium? There is the pizza and broccoli.

Extreme and sustained low calorie eating as in sub 1000 calories, will do a number on your body. It isn’t immediately noticeable.

I don’t understand the point of this thread. Why don’t you just keep a food diary privately, rather than on here, which is not really the place for it, and will only garner you scorn and criticism?

NP: normally these accountability threads include several people holding each other accountable as a group, but you are the only person in this accountability group that you've created. You've been criticised heavily yet you continue to post your daily diary as if you enjoy the criticism. It is odd to me, and to others I'm sure. Feels almost voyeuristic at this point.

OP, your snacks are terrible. Just junky sweet carbs. Eat some fruit and cheese, or veggies with hummus or peanut butter.
