Horrible reliability and build quality.

Drive the taycan. A little more expensive but crazy fast.

LOL, a base model Taycan is $20K more for 100 miles less range.

I'm sure they're fun but they're a toy. Completely impractical as a primary vehicle.

What problems have you experienced with your Tesla? We have had three Teslas. We had a Model X for four years, and now have a 3 and a Y. Have only had a few very minor problems with them. They are super reliable and don't break down. Once we had some trouble with the windshield wipers, and Tesla service came right out to our house and fixed it in five minutes.

I think they're the best cars out there and I'm so happy to not have to be buying gas right now!

Four years and going strong here.

I'm tired of waiting for this Tesla that's never going to show up and am starting to think about other EVs. Is anyone in the same boat? Are you waiting for your Tesla or moving on?

What was your estimated delivery date when you ordered? Was it November, or did it change? If anything, it seems the dates are very conservative - I’d be surprised if you waited that long.

Yes. We put in our order last May and received it in early Sept. We were expecting October.

Love our Tesla.

We're on the fence. 8 neighbors have Tesla's and absolutely love them. Zero issues. The first got his pre-pandemic, the latest got their a few weeks ago. No major complaints. About half do have solar panels on their homes as well.

Tesla the only ev with full free automated driving on highways?

We’re in a similar situation with a Mach E. In an effort to get us to pay over MSRP for one on the lot, the dealer pointed out that people are taking delivery and then reselling the cars for even more money. So that’s our new plan - to stay on the waitlist and buy something like a used Corolla in the meantime. Lots of other EV options coming out in late 2022 and early 2023!

Wow you are lucky considering Tesla is dead last in terms of reliability of all car companies in the world.

I would absolutely wait for the Tesla. I love, love, love ours. (and you won't get the lesser brand earlier anyway).

We have solar panel too, and have had our Tesla for about 5 years. Love it. No problems. Got it after my sibling bought a second one for his family. His original is still totally fine, and they were one of the first buyers. In all my extended family has about 6 Teslas and no one has complaints.

Musk is a horrible person. He's a corporate psychopath with no empathy.

How does a BILLIONAIRE lose his girlfriend to Chelsea Manning? He must be even worse than any of us knew. Grimes left a billionaire to date a traitor to the US. That says volumes about Musk.
