McConnell will bring another bill this week that -- 1) the president will sign and 3) the majority of the senate will support but may not be enough to break the 60-vote filibuster, but 2) Pelosi will not be on board.

Democrats only hold one of the three branches. They need to compromise a little.

This is not how system works. And 1 of the 3 said "I will take the blame." So it's on him. Or does this not count as a broken promise?
