| Are you all going to go on for 10 more pages? Virtually ZERO of these players regardless of league are going pro you idiots. Anyone choosing a club for their kid because of the league or because they can go of an youth ID training center or two is fool fool fool. |

Where did I mention South America in my post? Where did I say that every SA is poor? Where did I say that EVERY good player is poor? Really, all of European soccer is middle class? Just not true. Anyhow, me thinks you're the one using stereo types and assumptions. Re-read what I wrote. Maybe you'll get it the second time. Or not. |

| "Most winning soccer countries rely upon gritty, poor, pulled up from their bootstraps players to make their national soccer programs great." |
Or she shifted dd to fcv to keep her in the da since she was working for the da? Hhhmmmm |
Scouts go attend ECNL games and events. |
Then what's the problem? |
10 month training cycle and 4 times a week really seems to be helping WSVA. Solid post here. Clearly effective training. I mean looks all of those ECNL clubs fleeing in mass to the GDA. It’s one scout and one area and one club. The entire system is not broken. Plenty of ecnl players getting into ynt camps. |
|
It has nothing to do with ECNL vs GDA. The fact is that while her DD was at MYS that club got the lion's share of invites including 2 players that on the YNT. MYS was ECNL and the Talent Director was a scout with US Soccer. So MYS was favored. Were they the best area team? Better than FCV and others? Okay fine.
Now her DD moves to FCV and suddenly FCV is the best area club? Those 2 YNT players still play for MYS. But FCV is suddenly the chosen club? Yes. Chosen BY HER. She is the KINGMAKER. That is CLEAR BIAS. Whatever club her DD plays for is the best. And oh by the way her DD is the best too. She gets the invite. That is called ----------- NEPOTISM |
Whine, whine whine |
Cuckoo cuckoo. |
WSVAs training has paid off quickly for some of their players. Their progress is undeniable. For some others, it hasn't as quickly, and that's some of the WSVA problem. It's ironic though, WSVA took a chance on some of the players that may not have been the best bet, BUT where did these players come from? Definitely not a club that spent a whole lot of time developing them. As a parent, I'm watching out my player first, team second, club never. If you are more concerned with your club, team before your players development, well then LOL. Enjoy the patch. |
