This. Hope SHE has the best lawyer in Rockville.

If anyone knows who she hires, the attorney should set up a GoGundMe. Not a fan of lawyers but I would contribute.

If this bastard gets asylum after what went on, that will be appalling.

I'm appalled too. Thank you for posting this.

+1 There have been rapes at every Ivy League school + Stanford and people aren't calling for the blood of those rapists, just lamenting the bad choices made by young men with "so much potential."

Maybe that is your own racist boast but I don't really see that being the case.

After the terrible school shooting in CT, there was lots of talk about gun control and school security. Rightfully so.

In this case, the discussion needs to be about immigration law and enforcement as well as about rape.

"This" meant "this post" - as the other poster made the post about red shirting!!

And of course I know this is about a rape, a brutal rape, that could have been prevented from happening to ONE girl. I emphasize one girl, because if it was in my power to prevent, I would save ONE girl! That goes to the poster ("oh the number of rapes we would save from happening are negligible").
The laws of our country have completely FAILED HER and her family!!!

Ideally we would prevent rape from happening to ALL girls. And all non-girls, too. Regardless of the identity of the rapists. Immigration enforcement will not achieve that goal. Better security measures in school might.

It's despicable the way people are using the rape victim -- without her consent -- as a poster person to push their pet ideas about immigration enforcement.

Excuse me but what is a 'non girl?" Do you mean a boy?

Jack Smith finally sent out an email this morning.

A week (!) after the 'event'.

Better late than never I guess?

Not really because the percentage of rapes by immigrant are very low.

The amount of shooting that are committed with guns is 100%.

Dr jack can't be sued personally. He has governmental immunity.

I can't resist (even with my typically liberal stance). Guns don't shoot people. People do.

I expect he'll be stepping down.

I am not a grammar nazi but I did say "committed with"... I did not say "guns shoot".

That might be your observation but it's not everyone's. Stanford? Hello??

The Stanford rapist raped an unconscious woman outside a dumpster and got 6 months in jail, remember? And a sympathetic Stanford educated judge who said he had suffered enough...

It now turns out that everything that DCUM has been ranting on for 89 pages has been factually incorrect. But why let facts stand in your way?
