Since there has not been another incident in a YEAR, what are you so afraid of? I bet his parents did lay down the law with him, since he was yelling at you. Of course the parents lawyered up, after your barrage of calls, and the lawyer told them to stop engaging you.

I agree with a PP: Fence in your backyard and let your child play there. It would be great if there were programs in the area for him, but the fact that no one is chiming in with ideas tells you a lot.
