This is one of the stupidest things I have ever read on this site. No country is going to accept asylum seekers from the US.

I wouldn’t be so sure. I could see that there could an outflow of “refugees” from the US. People that are being discriminated against or oppressed, possibly threatened.

The thing is, there is going to be brain drain from red states to blue states, and blues states internationally. I think that a lot of countries would be more than willing. It’s not like we are trying to ship Trump voters over there

Obstetricians are not used that much in Europe. Many women use midwives I had a midwife birth in the UK and it was the best and safest of my three deliveries.

France and the UK have nukes, which is why Putin/Musk/Trump want to interfere in elections, just like the US elections. They know that can’t win on the battlefield.

You also have to think that eventually Russia will be so weak that China might make an easy move on some territory.

I think you vastly overestimate Russia's military ability and vastly underestimate Germany's ability to kick ass once they wake up.

Yes, some places are safer, but a lot of these countries have real issues too.

This. I am from Europe, my parents and siblings live there. USA is still the best place to live and work. Europe is not the same what it used to be 20+ years ago. There are no jobs in Europe, people are not as open as people in USA, it's a different vibe over there. Europe is great for vacation, but working there is a different story.

I can’t figure out who the targeted groups actually are?

We are actively working on getting a UK ancestry visa and purging belongings that would make packing things up difficult.

We are tech and not medical but the lower salaries are not going to stop us if we feel the country is collapsing.

The British monarchy is at least simply a figure head. In 2016, my family joked we were going to Canada and then just got back to work and reality. This time, we aren’t joking about leaving anymore and trying to figure it out.

Sure but right now the brain drain is from blue to red. The red states are picking up companies and people.
