Not all men like skinny minnies

I am 6’4” muscular 255 lbs. Skinny woman do nothing for me.

5’4” - 135-155 with curves is ideal.

That's still well within a healthy range for a woman of that height. So you like healthy women with curves, not overweight women who claim to be curvy.

Im 5'4, 140lbs, 38, 31, 38 and wear a size 6 pants. Id like to lose 10 lbs but I'm active and definitely not fat, just normal.

Size 6 doesn't allow a 31 inch waist. A size 6 would cause a muffin top.

PP with 31 inch waist (can’t believe I just typed that omg). I def do wear a size 6, just bought the pace skirt from lululemon in that size and align leggings in a 6. I tried 8s in both and they were way too big and stretchy. Its just my body type.

Maybe I need to measure my waist again? Maybe I’m measuring wrong? Idk y’all. Now im having an existential crisis. Thanks a lot dcum.

I’m also a size 6 with 31” waist

Women are allowed to be themselves, and are valid as people, even if you think they’re frumpy.

Women, you do not need to attain a certain level of beauty to be acceptable as a person.

Um, why do you feel the need to justiify your waist size to a bunch of strangers on the internet? Get help.

The OP asked men for opinions and look where we ended up.

What size waist jeans do you get? I can see how stretchy pants in a 6 would "fit" a 30/31" waist, but jeans definitely would not.

Ugh. Why the discussion about waist and clothing sizes. Men are not going to use a tape measure to see if you’re under 30”. Men are visual and just look. If the wiener rises, the number is ok.

That last sentence just isn’t true. What is it with the posters who constantly state that no man could possibly prefer a heavier woman to a thinner woman.

it's wishful thinking/projection

Men love “obese” women like me if we are relatively attractive and have a large chest. I have absolutely 0 concern that I would find a man if god forbid I were single again.

Your stats sound great but Ann Taylor and Talbots are so depressing. In another 10-12 years you will become a Chico's and Coldwater Creek wearer. Is that really how you want to spend your life, in mid-priced polyester?

What?

No and honestly shut up

I am really really slim and pretty, and love wearing clothes that look like I'm about to do some gardening--baggy jeans, old t shirts, sneakers with holes in the toes. My husband doesn't give a rat's ass because he knows what's underneath.

I guess, but that was not the question the OP asked.

Yes poor guys love that body type. I'm not poor though. To answer OPs question, I don't care if my wife wears makeup or dresses "nice." She looks super hot in a pair of sweatpants. She does go to the gym on a regular basis but her body was always amazing anyway. She wants six pack abs which I care absolutely nothing about. But whatever she wants, I support it.

No sweetie not just “poor” guys. Real life is not DCUM and men IRL drool over any attractive woman who is minimally polite and pleasant.

Sure they do sweetie.
