I haven't heard from my boyfriend since Friday night

I hope OP is back sometime with a happy update or two. She has to be one of the most generous, trusting, and engaging OPs we've ever had with all the factual details, the timely responses, the honesty (with the exception of not mentioning her other thread, or course). Thanks for a great journey, OP. You had us all captivated. Please let us know when he turns up - dead or alive.

Nope, still "MIA"...still dont know where he is but second guessing whether he was ever in Maine to begin with

OK, I'll bite - why? If he's still MIA, why are we not concerned he's dead in a ditch somewhere?

Has anyone posted to Uncle McIceFish's wall asking if his nephew is okay? It could be signed xoxoDCUM - that should get his attention.

How does everyone/anyone besides OP know how to find the uncle on FB? What is this about a video? I'm so confused.

Several hours ago, OP unwisely shared some very personal details about BF's family, and the DCUM sleuth team went to work on them. Within 3 minutes Jeff had them removed, but many of us can't unsee them. BF has a lovely uncle J, a dogloving icefisherman and outdoor guide. Sorry you missed out on that PP.

Ok, enough personal info was removed to allow people to find the uncle - this makes more sense. Thank you. Now why are people suspecting BF is a drug-user/dealer? And why is everyone convinced he is not dead in a ditch?

In OP's previous post from 2 months ago, she said BF had a habit of going MIA and being shady. That's why nobody thinks he's dead.

The uncle was supposedly accompanying BF to Maine for a bobcat hunting trip (out of season - so a PP actually contacted fish and wildlife about poaching and gave birth to the new DCUM meme.

Anyway. Uncle's FB posts for the weekend revealed he actually spent time fishing in NY and celebrating easter with his lovely dog. This detail through doubt on the original story - and OP and others now assume the whole trip was a lie.

The drug dealer thing came up when someone made a connection between bf's work of moving cattle and the meth trade. Plus, OP can't really explain where bf's money comes from, and since cattle hauling doesn't seem particularly lucrative, DCUM has jumped to the conclusion that bf is a drug dealer. Logical, no?

I think I remembered a thread that sounded familiar - he worked on a farm and for a couple days each week, he just wouldn't answer texts? Is that the one?

I guess the question is...has Op suspected that this poaching has been going on all along or is this really news to her?

So after laughing through 80 pages, I'm still wondering if the OP actually drove up and spent the night in the guys actual house. Did she go in the house, stay in his bed, you know do GF stuff. Or was it hey come stay at a motel.

The Sheriff probably sent a car over to the guys house and found him home from a hard days work hauling cows (HAHA). with his regular in town girl at his side. And the guy probably told the Sheriff the OP was some wacko from 4 hours away he once met on line that can't leave him alone.

Then the Sheriff left and the guy went back to banging his local. With whom he was at her parents home for Easter weekend having a nice dinner and time off work with his phone off.

I'm 22:27 and 22:29. I can't decide if I should be proud of my keen attention to detail, or extremely ashamed of myself. Any other questions?

OP here: LOL wait what? I can't explain where his money comes from? LOL you're making it sound like I made it seem like he has a ton of money he spends which I never did at all.

OP here: good story. I never spoke to the sheriff or even told them the story. I called the station and said I had concerns about my boyfriend who I hadn't heard from in a few days and was told the sheriff would call me back which he never did.

Anonymous wrote:This can't be real. I found the uncles yahoo account in seconds and OP claims now she didn't want to send an email about a possibly dead/injured nephew to a work email because she didn't know who was checking the email?

If you really were concerned and this is not made up, you wouldn't care who read the email.

She sent the uncle a message on FB and a friend request. He declined her friend request. So she has reached out to him. But that's all pretty moot now.

To poach a bobcat: When someone says they are going somewhere and you never hear from them again.

Ex: Jason went out to buy some smokes. That was two days ago. I think he poached a bobcat.
