He told a story of meeting with Hamas leadership back ini 2014 (he has met with them several times and still has contacts with some of them). The meeting was in a room in the hospital. He said there was the emergency door, and right next to it was the door he was led through where several Hamas members were present.

So, yes. They do use hospitals for meetings and for weapons storage. And, it is not just the tunnels under the hospitals.

My understanding is that he was there to interview members of Hamas. You don't need to believe him..... clearly you don't.

Simple math states there are tunnels under pretty much every square mile of that place.

No actually you don’t get it. The only side with a published, on the record doctrine of killing their own is Israel. It is called the Hannibal Directive and it was used prodigiously on October 7th.
