Exactly. I am a New Yorker, a registered Democrat, and I find him not guilty. In fact I am grateful that there is one less psycho to terrorize me and my young children on the subways. If our elected officials won’t do anything to keep us safe, then vigilante justice it is.

Cases like this are going to cause people NOT to intervene when another person is at risk. And, then all the keyboard warriors will say, "Why the hell didn't anyone stop the lunatic?"
Simply show them a picture of Daniel Penny in handcuffs. Or, Jordan Williams.

Exactly.

Well, a woman was stabbed on the NYC subway today and pleaded for help. No one helped her..

Geez, I wonder why?

Uh, because there was an assailant with a knife and they didn’t want to get stabbed?

There will be more stories just like this. Unfortunately.

I thought New Yorkers just moved to another car? Didn't that work here?

+1 Guess the advice of those posters doesn't hold water.

Right after Neeley's funeral the outspoken uncle said PEnny doesn't deserve a plea deal. Days later Neeleys uncle was arrested for theft and fraud and who knows what else. I bet he expected a plea deal for himself.

Yes, it is. Have any ministers like the Reverend Al Sharpton expressed sympathy for the victim?

They took one for the progressive team. At least the perp wasn’t harmed! Alls well that ends well.

Why isn’t Sharpton speaking up about the ramped up crime? Lives matter.

Good lord, people. Millions take the NY subway every day (including me), and these incidents are the exceptions. I know everyone gets a kick out of painting NYC as a crime ridden hellhole, but that’s just not the case. NYC’s murder rate is far below that of many cities in the US, including, I believe, DC’s.
