| I'm boiling sauerkraut, barley and pork slices into a stew. Will boil some potatoes later to go with it. I don't expect many people to like it but I do. Grew up eating lots of root vegetables, cabbage, and pork. |

Good! The family really liked them. I made 10 buns instead of 8 since reviewers said that they are huge and I think next time I will make 12! |

| We had buffalo chicken dip for dinner (shredded cooked chicken, cream cheese & Franks red hot sauce). Teen’s request. Can be eaten with chips, tortilla, carrots, celery, or wrapped in lettuce. A family favorite. |

I posted this a couple of weeks ago and I’ve now made it twice more. My kids, preschool-high school, say it’s their new favorite pasta dish. These are kids who usually push back on anything that looks too “interesting” so I have no idea why it spoke to them initially but I’m not complaining. |
