Any kind of heavy oven safe pan or casserole dish (preferably with high sides) and if you don't have a lid that will fit, you can use a piece of foil

Thanks! I have one like that, but it is kind of bread shaped. In the video she used a round dutch oven!

It doesn't matter. Your shape will just be different.

Have shortbread crust lemon bars from Sally’s Baking Addiction in the oven for Easter dinner dessert. Family loves lemon.

You should try beer bread! Sooo good.

-Dave Lieberman’s cauliflower soup minus the Parm crisps - pretty good! Way better than I thought for just chicken broth, a head of cauliflower, on anion, garlic, and Parmesan cheese. https://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/dave-lieberman/silky-cauliflower-soup-with-parmesan-crisps-recipe-1953622?ic1=amp_reviews#reviewsTop

-last night I made Dorie Greenspan’s Cocoa banana bread. Good but not amazing. https://www.thewednesdaychef.com/the_wednesday_chef/2013/09/dorie-greenspans-cocoa-banana-bread.html

-tonight I have ground beef - will make either tacos or Korean beef rice bowls. https://damndelicious.net/2013/07/07/korean-beef-bowl/

We've done this one a lot (so not new to our family) but this is an amazing dish (spicy and so good)

Yum! This looks so good, I'm going to pull some chicken out of the freezer for tomorrow.

Really underwhelmed, but after reading the ingredients I shouldn’t have been surprised. I’ve had much better coconut milk curries.

For lunch, I made a salad. Found half a bag of black rice a friend had left in the larder. Made it into a salad combined with cilantro, mango, avocado, red pepper, and a lime ginger dressing. Really nice.

Tonight, I made enchiladas. Good comfort food. https://www.recipetineats.com/beef-enchiladas/

Last night, bibambap. So good.

Glad to see that someone else feels the same way. I've make much more delicious chickpea stews when I was just throwing things together. My fault for never writing it down when I make a really good one. I thought #thestew was just okay.

Me again. I tried to make this. It just finished cooking. Smells amazing. But the rice is not done. I had soaked it even longer than recommended. Can I save this?

So much garlic, and smelled weird cooking, but ended up being really good.

I have made those extra-flaky scallion pancakes a PP mentioned and can def recommend!!
