NCRC , TOTH and Waterfront Academy are not crunchy.
Anonymous wrote:$2800 for a day care that only takes cash is shady. Very shady. Stop relying on your teen to parent your younger child and find a better day care.

Asking a 17yr old to facilitate daycare drop off and pickup on their morning walk is FAR from parenting and an appropriate amount of good responsibility for an older sibling, perhaps you’re not a parent or else you would know this .

I wasn't late, and have only been late once in the past (and only three days at that). The only issue that I can think of is that we are private paying and that the accounting was not up to date.

I literally paid $1,600 last friday to pay ahead through the second week of March.

Half of us are private paying. The center is relatively mid-size (approx 30 children) and half are subsidized. They bill subsidy a substantially higher rate than private (I believe upwards of 550 per week).

Sounds like they may be trying to get rid of the private payers, I would have been over it when they told me cash only.
Lots of other daycares, go somewhere else. All the waitlist have moved very fast for me.
I purchased what I like for each staff member and also depending on my daughter’s interaction with them (front desk or school chef vs her favorite teacher) not exceeding $150 and not under $50.
I interviewed there with Kendra (I believe) and was impressed and the price point was great, I opted for part time at another nearby daycare instead.
One of my mom friends is enrolled there and has had nothing but a positive experience.
In the City, Goddard, Phase Learning Center and TOTH are the only ones that offer full day part time.
Next time she’s acting crazy during a fight, have your son record it and call the police and say he fears for his safety and his dad.
Get her disbarred, fight fire with fire.
I think it’s great, personally not willingly giving my DNA to any company, made them return my placenta at birth.
