If they are injured or anything I address that, but I am talking about this for example:

MIL: i dislocated my knee stepping off the ladder from the roof
Me: *thinks* why the f were you on the roof.. you're 74 and clumsy. why did you think that was a good idea?
For example, when someone gets hurt out of their own negligence or frankly.. stupidity? Often I feel like "well, what would you anticipate happening if you did that."

I do this with my kids (and I suppose this counts as "natural consequences")

I can't be the only one who thinks like this.

I've seen

"Well my H said he was going to..."

For salad, you have to count up the points of the individual non veg things you put on, and allow for salad dressing, You might want to bring your own so you can measure it beforehand, at least at first until you get a feel for how much 2 TB (or whatever you calculate) really is.

thanks! i just figured this out when I used the iphone app.
for things like the salad bar at work? or the buffet style lunches at work? for example, WW doesn't have "chicken nuggets" as an option.

I like to think im a good mom. I have help, but my kids are happy.
Breakfast isn't really all that important. If you're hungry, eat. If not, don't. Why is this so hard?

Usually if they are under like 6, maybe they can't decide, but once they say "Im not hungry", just keep it moving. Bring along some snacks in case their hunger sneaks up on em.
lol PP, thats what I thought. I know that im certainly too "brown" to go to that type of thing. I like balls/banquets, but that just reeks of "confederate conservatives"
I put one on my baby because it was a gift. I Don't really seek out headbands until at least 2 yrs old lol
I agree PP, Sounds like Magic Jinn
This is all what I was told after surgery and I was lucid...

In surgery, they gave me too much anesthetic. My heart stopped and they had to use a breathing tube and stop surgery to do compressions and to shock me.

Here's what I remember:

Somehow I could hear the heart monitor thing beeping and that "flat" sound. Then I felt like I was outside of myself but on the ceiling looking at my body. I know this is prob just my mind making it up. But I remember seeing them put a tube in my throat and I saw them giving CPR.
Anonymous wrote:What customer service? Oh, you mean that call center in India?

exactly.
Omg. Why does paypal have to take so long to everything. 3-5 days to process funds to bank, 5 days to clear a mobile check deposit.

I can't be the only one to think that in a world with super fast everything, PP shouldnt take so long to do everything!

Dont even get me started on the customer service
Anonymous wrote:Poor kid. Do you think there is an organizational issue? Maybe a coach could help?

I went to a very demanding high school and my ADD showed up then - I did my work so slowly, that it took up practically all my time! Ugh.

no she is pretty much completely organized, it is just that the amount of HW takes a lot of time.
