Not if Barr doesn't consider the "threat" to Credico a threat. Even Credico didn't take it as a threat.
And, Marcy Wheeler has lost her credibility with the whole Mueller investigation. I cannot believe people read her crap anymore.

A jury of Roger Stone’s peers considered it a threat. Doesn’t that count for anything anymore?

Seems to me that this woman is NOT a "peer" of Roger Stone. How in the hell could she end up on the jury?

How is she not a peer for jury purposes?

Well, it seems as if the tweet was deleted identifying the juror as a former Democratic candidate and an activist.
This is how we know she was a juror:

So you're saying that a jury should be made up of only people who have the same political beliefs as the accused? That would be a pretty fundamental change to our jury system.

Not at all.
However, based on her social media posting, it seems highly doubtful that she could be an impartial juror.

That's defamation.

That's a totally separate issue from whether she is a peer for jury purposes. But that aside, should I assume you couldn't be an impartial juror for a Democrat accused a crime based on your apparent political leanings?

And should we also assume that a Trump supporter couldn't be an impartial juror because he would want to acquit Stone to protect Trump?

Rick Gates said Manafort asked him to check in regularly with Stone about WikiLeaks disclosures and indicated that "he would be updating other people on the campaign, including the candidate."

Stone lied about this, despite the receipts that show otherwise. Gates implicates Trump in this scheme.

There is a reason Trump wants all of this buried.

He doesn’t think he will get caught. The roots run deep with this entire fiasco.

But if you don’t take out the weed, it will destroy the plants that bear good fruit. Don’t be fooled by the blooms of a weed.

Stone’s completely undeserving of any jail time. 9 years for a process crime from a team of Mueller’s democratic donor stooges. If the judge gives him jail time, I look forward to trump pardoning him.

This woman in question wasn't just a juror - she was the foreperson. And, there is more......

Former Memphis City Schools Board President Tomeka Hart revealed Wednesday that she was the foreperson of the jury that convicted former Trump adviser Roger Stone on obstruction charges last year -- and soon afterward, her history of Democratic activism and a string of her anti-Trump, left-wing social media posts came to light.

Hart even posted specifically about the Stone case before she voted to convict, as she retweeted an argument mocking those who considered Stone's dramatic arrest in a predawn raid by a federal tactical team to be excessive force. She also suggested President Trump and his supporters are racist and praised the investigation conducted by Special Counsel Robert Mueller, which ultimately led to Stone's prosecution.

Meanwhile, it emerged that U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson had denied a defense request to strike a potential juror who was Obama-era press official with admitted anti-Trump views -- and whose husband worked at the same Justice Department division that handled the probe leading to Stone's arrest. And, another Stone juror, Seth Cousins, donated to former Democratic presidential candidate Beto O'Rourke and other progressive causes, federal election records reviewed by Fox News show.

This would be like having 3 jurors with MAGA hats serving on a McCabe jury.
Liberals cannot possibly see this as fair to Roger Stone.

He lied to protect the President of crimes related to collusion with Russia. He should either fess up and tell the truth of do the time. A "process" crime is still a crime.

A unanimous jury of Stone peers found him guilty/ Period. If there were any shenanigans related to the trial, other jurors, would not have voted to convict.

I’m sure clowns like you think the appropriate punishment for stealing cigarettes is extrajudicial death.

But a process crime (and the more enormous crimes behind it) of a white republican who was helping the president** treason? No big deal!!

This is total BS. Any other trial would be overturned based on this crap.

One of the most alarming things about this is that this doesn’t even seem to be generating the same kind of alarm that the accusations against Al Franken did. The media’s just like, “oh, this is a cool/weird thing that happened.” Instead the response should look something more like this thread postulates: https://mobile.twitter.com/tburages/status/1227817449715830784

The corporate media with their GOP-friendly coverage and spin has got to be reformed. They can’t be counted on to report things according to their importance or in an unslanted fashion.

Yeah, so? That's how jury selection works, sport. People bring all sorts of biases into the jury room - but you have to be able to swear under oath that you can put those aside to be impartial.

You know, like the Senators in Trump's trial.

You act as if subverting our criminal justice system is a akin to a typographical error.
