Roger Stone's Time in the Barrel

I for one cannot wait until Trump is reelected and he clears out the DOJ, with the exception of Barr, the day after his election. Every last one of them need to go.

I'm not sure if this is sarcasm or not.

Oh so draconian. Why do you want a dictator? QAnon isn’t real, you know.

Looking forward to Bill Barr's testimony with the House Judiciary Committee.

I don't think Jerry knows what he is in for.

Was Bill Clinton a dictator when he fired 93 US Attorneys?

Oh, look, it's another MAGA-ite who doesn't know the difference between political appointees (US Attorneys) and career prosecutors (Asst US Attorneys), who work for DOJ for years and years, regardless of who is President.

And Bill Barr apparently lied to Lindsey Graham today when he told him the guidelines were for 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 years.

Not if Barr doesn't consider the "threat" to Credico a threat. Even Credico didn't take it as a threat.
And, Marcy Wheeler has lost her credibility with the whole Mueller investigation. I cannot believe people read her crap anymore.

A jury of Roger Stone’s peers considered it a threat. Doesn’t that count for anything anymore?

Seems to me that this woman is NOT a "peer" of Roger Stone. How in the hell could she end up on the jury?

How is she not a peer for jury purposes?

Well, it seems as if the tweet was deleted identifying the juror as a former Democratic candidate and an activist.
This is how we know she was a juror:

What's your point? She was selected as a juror. She's Stone's peer. (His motion for a new trial was denied. So that's that.)

So you're saying that a jury should be made up of only people who have the same political beliefs as the accused? That would be a pretty fundamental change to our jury system.

Not at all.
However, based on her social media posting, it seems highly doubtful that she could be an impartial juror.
