“In recent weeks, a grand jury in Washington has listened to more than a dozen hours of testimony and FBI technicians have pored over gigabytes of electronic messages as part of the special counsel’s quest to solve one burning mystery: Did longtime Trump adviser Roger Stone — or any other associate of the president — have advance knowledge of WikiLeaks’ plans to release hacked Democratic emails in 2016?
While outwardly quiet for the last month, Robert S. Mueller III’s investigators have been aggressively pursuing leads behind the scenes about whether Stone was in communication with the online group, whose disclosures of emails believed to have been hacked by Russian operatives disrupted the 2016 presidential campaign, according to people familiar with the special counsel probe.” https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/special-counsel-examines-conflicting-accounts-as-scrutiny-of-roger-stone-and-wikileaks-deepens/2018/10/21/db9ab1c2-bde5-11e8-be70-52bd11fe18af_story.html?utm_term=.beeeb9f0e82d |
| And this is what Trump fears. Mueller continues. |
| GOP Senators went to Moscow on the 4th of July. Trump now heading to Paris to meet Putin on Veterans Day. GOP running into the arms of Putin on American national holidays. Guess Trump didn’t get his parade in DC so he’ll celebrate with the Kremlin. |
| Hope he dies in prison. |
Oh yes Lee Atwater and the racist crap he pulled l. He did die tragically young. |
Yea I wondered what happened to the super duper amazing Yuuuuggee parade. Guess if the Tsar won't come to the serf, the serf (Trump) goes to the Tsar (Putin). |
|
Something I learned last night that I can never unlearn - Roger Stone had been on the outs of GOP kingmaking for so many years until the Trump campaign because he and his wife were caught placing ads looking for other couples to swing with. I was paying some attention in 1996, but not this much attention.
Yechhhh.

WASHINGTON — “Special Counsel Robert Mueller's office has obtained communications suggesting that a right-wing conspiracy theorist might have had advance knowledge that the emails of Hillary Clinton's campaign chairman had been stolen and handed to WikiLeaks, a source familiar with the investigation told NBC News. Mueller's team has spent months investigating whether the conspiracy theorist, Jerome Corsi, learned before the public did that WikiLeaks had obtained emails hacked by Russian intelligence officers — and whether he passed information about the stolen emails to Donald Trump associate Roger Stone, multiple sources said.” |
The most laughable line "her bodybuilder husband" -- right. Lol. Guess low-energy Roger couldn't keep her happy at home... |
|
Mother Jones has apparently obtained text messages that show Roger Stone was working to get a presidential pardon for WikiLeaks' Julian Assange earlier this year.

Haha, it's pretty obvious Stone got hair plugs. |
No, “laughable” is that the word “website” appears in quotes like, what is this word? And then they go on to explain what a website is. There’s a paragraph dedicated to this. I know of course they had to have done this back in the day, but it’s just funny to see it in writing. Also this must be before the Enquirer started spiking stories that were bad for goppers. And I appreciate that Stone’s time of trouble draws ever closer. |

“The special counsel investigation into President Trump’s longtime ally Roger Stone is pressing witnesses about Stone’s private interactions with senior campaign officials and whether he had knowledge of politically explosive Democratic emails that were released in October 2016, according to multiple people familiar with the probe.
As part of his investigation into Russia’s interference in the 2016 campaign, special counsel Robert S. Mueller III appears to be intently focused on the question of whether WikiLeaks coordinated its activities with Stone and the campaign, including the group’s timing, the people said. Stone and WikiLeaks have adamantly denied they were in contact. On Friday, Mueller’s team questioned Stephen K. Bannon, Trump’s former chief campaign strategist, about alleged claims Stone made privately about WikiLeaks before the group released emails allegedly hacked by Russian operatives, according to people familiar with the session. https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/mueller-probes-roger-stones-interactions-with-trump-campaign-and-timing-of-wikileaks-release-of-podesta-emails/2018/10/30/33052472-db89-11e8-85df-7a6b4d25cfbb_story.html?utm_term=.670a5f5e9bc2 |
