Read the Emails: The Trump Campaign and Roger Stone

“Newly revealed messages show how the political operative Roger J. Stone Jr. sold himself to Trump campaign advisers as a potential conduit to WikiLeaks, which published thousands of emails in 2016 damaging to Hillary Clinton’s campaign.”

“Six days before WikiLeaks began releasing Hillary Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta’s emails, Roger Stone had a text message conversation with a friend about WikiLeaks, according to copies of phone records obtained exclusively by NBC News.

The text messages obtained by NBC News appear to show that Stone and Credico exchanged messages about Assange having damaging information about Clinton at least as early as Aug. 27, 2016. The texts show that at 6:07 p.m. that day, Credico wrote to Stone, “Julian Assange has kryptonite on Hillary.”

And Stone tries to claim he didn't know about this eventhough he responded real time to the texts. Consummate lair.

And Trump is trying to claim that all these things were going on without him knowing, while the Post comes out with this:

“The calls almost always came deep into the night.

Caller ID labeled them “unknown,” but Roger Stone said he knew to pick up quickly during those harried months of the 2016 presidential campaign. There would be a good chance that the voice on the other end of the line would belong to his decades-long friend — the restless, insomniac candidate Donald Trump — dialing from a blocked phone number.

Those nocturnal chats and other contacts between the man who now occupies the Oval Office and an infamous political trickster have come under intensifying scrutiny as special counsel Robert S. Mueller III’s investigation bores into whether Stone served as a bridge between Trump and WikiLeaks as the group was publishing hacked Democratic emails.”

Credico went off on Trump last night. There isn't enough popcorn.

Maybe Robert Mueller could ask the Chinese or the Russians to help out since they are regularly listening in on the President's conversations on his unsecured phone!!!!

FiveEyes already has all of the recordings, which means Mueller does too. They don't need to ask the Russian or Chinese, but your point is taken.

So if Trump goes down for collusion does his portrait still have to hang in the WH next to all the other ones? Because that would just look tacky and ridiculous.

There would just be some huuuuge red asterisks around it.

I was about to challenge you on that, but I couldn't come up with anyone.

Raj Shah is the only one I can think of. And Mattis, but that’s different.

Matt is was the only person who came to my mind. Trump is pretty good at ferreting out and firing ethical and competent people.

Since PP didn’t make it obvious, Roger Stone has taken the Fifth.
