Both boy and girl, in college for sex. I think they made out with people in 12th grade for the boy, and the summer before for the girl.

It was...tense. The kids were both 16 and had been dating for over a year. They were mature, good kids who got straight As. The mom found out because she found her daughter's pill pack. The mother was crying and devastated that her 'little girl' was having sex, and wanted me to 'discipline' ds. It turned out that the mother was extremely Christian and wanted her child to be 'pure' until marriage: ds had told me she was like 'Carrie's mother' before, but I thought he was exaggerating until this. Ds is now 23 and doing well in his graduate program, and happy with a new girlfriend we all love.

My kids are oversharers. We’re pretty frank about sex because I had an unplanned pregnancy in college and tried to hide it from my mom. My friends were all in on it because they knew my mom overreacted. I planned to hide at school and give the baby up for adoption.
