OMG really? They were just waving their hands around. Really grasping for straws here aren't we. And even if it were what you say, so what? They are high school kids being provoked by a strange man beating a drum.

Last night on TV I saw a whole stadium doing the tomahawk chop. Are the Kansas City fans racists?

You don't get out much, do you?

I get out too much, that is the problem!

Well why don't you ask some American Indians how they feel about an entire stadium of non-Indian sports fans doing a tomahawk chop. Don't you think they should be the ones to determine whether it is offensive?

I am Native American, and it doesn't bother me in the least. Nor does the name of our local football team.

"As for the interaction with the Native American man, here’s some perspective. Imagine that this had been a group of black students wearing Black Lives Matter hats, and that they had stared down while appearing to partially surround an elderly white man. How would the narrative be different? How many would let the students off the hook or actually believe they were trying to “defuse the situation”? I know the answer, but feel free to try to lie."

But in my scenario, the Black Hebrews are replaced with Westboro Baptist wackos, the Native Americans are replaced with Jews, and the Covington kids are high school kids bused in to support a Black Lives Matter march wearing t-shirts emblazoned with "By Any Means Necessary!" The Jewish cantor intervenes in what looks like a scuffle that's about to occur between the Westboro people and the kids with a song of peace and healing, but encounters a black teen who won't step aside and who chooses to stare him down while his classmates laugh and mock the Jewish man "in the funny hat."

Mom of Black kid who stared down the Jewish cantor and her PR firm blame it on the Westboro Baptist people, and we'd all agree that the Black kid shouldn't be held responsible? I loathe the Westboro people and all the stand for, but I wouldn't pin the black kid's behavior on them.

This is very good.

Just asked my wife (1/4 native american - more than Sen Warren) and she doesn't see anything offensive about it.

That's on her. She doesn't speak for the entire Native American population. Thanks for playing.

Yet two Native American's in the last five minutes don't have a problem with it. The Democratic party doesn't have a good track record with minorities.

This is hilarious.

Two people on an anonymous message board who may or may not be Native American do not count.

The bolded part is correct - The Slavery movement and Civil War was perpetrated by the Democrats. The Democrats were against the Civil Rights legislation in the 60's. Should I go on?

Funny you should say that. A congressman from KY, John Yarmuth, suggested on Twitter that there should be a ban of teenagers wearing MAGA hats.
He later said he was joking. It was difficult to find anything humorous in his tweet.

Saw a long Facebook post where the guy says that he saw the same look on the faces of Trump supporters who went to a rally and got to chant "Build the Wall" as he saw on the faces of Smirky McDoucheface's friends. The feeling of transgression of these kids who have been given permission to disregard an adult is similar to the feeling of transgression of people who don't have any real reason to give two shits about a border that's 1,000 miles away and people who almost certainly aren't going to end up in their lily white neck of the woods:

"That’s why they do it. F*ck you to 50 years of cultural change, of being told their feelings are wrong, their instincts are wrong. That they may have to start making room in their way of life for some people and some ideas they’re not used to, of constantly fighting against the toxic conditioning they’ve been inculcated with. That wall isn’t about keeping Mexicans out, The wall is isn’t even about the wall. The wall is about chanting “build the wall”, so every f*cking BLM, #METOO, LGBTQ activist their kid dates can hear it, feel it. F*ck you, SJW. BUILD THE WALL. BUILD THE WALL. BUILD THE WALL. All for that gut-level thrill of shocking convention, angering the uninitiated. Transgressing."

I watched the supposed tomahawk chop video and it looks like they are putting their hands in the air and waving them like they just don’t care, not tomahawk chopping.

Liars lie.
