Probably because he is a decent human being and he doesn't suscribe to theft, violence and murder! Gees! ![]() |
And someone earlier said their boss said that they probably couldn't prove intent!!?? I would say that at the point that her spinal cord was severed due to stabbings that it is PRETTY DAMN clear that she intended to kill her! Holy Crap! I really don't even know why we spend money to keep someone like her in jail. They would be better off just shooting her! Putting her out of her misery. I can't imagine living with the demons in my head if I were her. ![]() |
I know, I always have a hard time with these sorts of things. But then I remember, you can't ascribe rational thoughts to someone who has clearly left rational thought behind, if only temporarily. |
ummm, that is torture. we don't do that in the USA. |
It is sad that Jayna made the mistake of going back to the store to meet Norwood. Lululemon really screwed up the handling of this situation from beginning to end. I hope Jayna's family sues them. |
one wonders if Jayna was aware that Norwood had had a problem at the other store. that would have been a red flag for her when she got the request to re-open the storye. either way, lululemon better lawyer up. |

http://www.forbes.com/feeds/ap/2011/03/21/general-us-yoga-shop-killing_8367382.html Simply horrific. And how about the store manager who instructed Jayna to check Brittany's bag and later received her call to confirm she was indeed stealing? How come she didn't speak up before and how awful she must feel now... |
Read the articles. This woman is a sociopath. She needs to be locked up forever. Just devastating. |
As I have said before, this chick is TOAST! She isn't getting off easy on this one. Clearly there was intent after watching those 2 videos. She was intending on a battle when she called. She REALLY didn't want to get in trouble for stealing. And boy it would have been a heck of a lot less trouble than she is in now! |
What in the world is that? Some kind of code of the criminals? |
You have never heard of people going to jail because they refuse to inform on others? Never? Ever watched an organized crime movie or The Sopranos? Even a fictionalized account provides insight if you are interested. |
"snitches get stitches" is the code of the street. all gangstas follow this code.
I'm not clear if the brother knew he was being taped or not. |
It really doesn't matter if he knew or not. Everyone should know that they tap the lines at jails and prisons. There was all kinds of drama regarding the phone conversations in the Casey Anthony case in Florida. The only privledged conversation is between the accused and their attorny. |
I have no idea if he was wired or if they tapped their phones but the bottom line is that it helped in this case for him to have had this conversation and I am happy about that. God forbid she would have some how gotten out on bail. She is seriously dangerous and a pathological liar. No telling what would have happened had they let her out until trial. GEES! |
We don't know that this manager didn't "speak up before," to police, during the investigation. That WE didn't see her yakking about this on the TV news is no indication that she kept mum. If you're referring to the store manager's perhaps not having spoken up to someone within the company, or to have taken action to have fired Norwood, I would bet that lululemon headquarters and/or regional management had been clued in, and that the company was documenting these incidents. |
