Even with gazillions of dollars, doctors, and the best trainers/chefs/stylists at their disposal, it's hard to stay truly hot as you age. Maybe if you are J. Lo but who knows how long even she has left.

It’s almost insane how unbelievably blessed they are with looks and charisma.

Their H’s are a-holes though.

They are hot for their age, but in absolute terms of just being "hot" a hot 55 year old can't compete with a hot 20 year old.

This is the correst answer. Think of the famous actresses and models --- do they look better at 25 or 55?

25 is the absolute bare minimum for a woman to fully “blossom” into her full potential beauty. There are plenty of 55 year old women that are far sexier than most women in their 20’s. Of course I’m 60, so take that into account.

I was about 37 when I got “remade”. I had all the physical assets to be hot (see bathing suit photos) but I had no feel for fashion, hair, make up just name it. I was perfectly natural and my husband was happy. For my birthday my older sister bought me a remake package which I initially said thanks but no thanks but my husband said what the heck, just do it and have fun. It’s amazing what a fabulous hair cut can do plus a little makeup. Along with better fitting and stylish clothes I looked like a whole new person. When I got home my husband’s eyes popped out. Once I got comfortable with the new look I definitely got more attention with plenty of it unwanted but nothing obnoxious. I’m now 42 and I think I can hold my own with a 25 year old but it does take a bit more work! They haven’t given birth to three big babies!

I think a lot of this is true.

Narcissistic men tend to look for hot women. Normal women see these guys for the assholes they are, but if a woman already has some issues, being attractive only compounds them.

Wtf?? Girls were hot AND smart throughout the 80s/90s. You should have sat in my microbiology and genetics labs. Girls were also hot and star athletes.

Not sure where you grew up. Our homecoming court was filled with girls that went to Ivies ...and also were athletic.

Salma Hayek looks better now than her Desperado days. She's in her 50s.
Sofia Vergara was a cute skinny girl at 20 but she is so voluptuous now. I guess for most women past 21 plastic surgery improves assets.

Hot is in the eye of the beholder mostly. My ex was very successful PhD own business successful business investments abroad. He was tall thin attractive and ready to retire in his mid 30s. I left him after 6 yrs because of cheating and narcissism. After that I didn't see him as hot anymore. Women still flock and don't care he cheated. Women are easy.

Even before surgery, she had the authentic birthright of genuine beauty.

But Khloé + Kylie have had so much surgery since their show started that they look nothing like their true, original selves.
They pose and smile for the cameras, showing off their manufactured beauty so they do not count in this.

Only Kourtney & Kendall are surgery-free.....
