Has anyone heard anything about refunds from Calleva?

This email had nothing but info on the cancellation and refund.

I hope they send a broader email with a general update and info on when they will make a decision on early July soon.

Calleva has eliminated the June 1 cancellation deadline.
We know that COVID uncertainties make it difficult for families to decide what to do about camp. Our COVID Refund Policy will apply to all cancellations this year.

Which is ? What’s their covid policy they’re going to apply?

The policy is that if they cancel camp, the $150/week deposit becomes a credit — or you can forego $75 and receive a refund of $75 of the deposit right away. The balance is returned to you.

If you cancel camp, you lost the $150 deposit, but the balance is still refunded to you. No deadline for you to make that decision.

I saw a news clip where the director said they plan doing camp at much lower numbers. The newscaster said they would cancelling existing registration and then reopening registration for the new camp. Which they haven't said in public anywhere else as far as I know. Here is the link

We just got the email to request a refund or other options. But the link just brings us to the registration page. Was anyone else successful?

It’s really no different than if they had (or have) to cancel outright. At least this way, they can get a sense for who would actually still want to attend.

No, it didn’t work for me either. They really need to figure out their registration system because it’s a disaster.
