At a work conference in VA & fully half the women are wearing tall boots over pants

Let's face it. If you are fit and pretty ( not necessarily young) you can wear the dates and offending outfits and look more chic and stylish than someone who is wearing current/ cooler clothes but isn't either of those things. Basically a good body and good hair means you look good and polished in whatever. Fair or not
