I think she is attracted to this flashy, demonstrative, extroverted kind of guy. In my anecdotal experience these guys love the thrill of the chase and will never stop chasing women. I have a friend who is attracted to this same exact type - flashy, stylish, loves attention and partying, prone to extravagant romantic gestures and chases hard at first. She has been repeatedly cheated on and dumped for younger women, and just keeps choosing this same type. She is 41.

Yes she picks dominance but can't accept what sadly often comes with that.

It was interesting that he seemed to be saying he liked aspects of pandemic and increased family time (though he was probably acting out). And she had a much harder time and wanted to go back to work (and has) asap. She is what in other careers would be called a workaholic. We all drink the Kool aid and celebrate it but the reality is her first love is probably her career. Hard to live with someone like that. For the spoiled, indulged men she picks...nearly impossible.

She *chooses* dirtbags. At least she didn’t marry this one. And she doesn’t need to stay in any relationship that doesn’t work, so good for her. She likes Liz Taylor, in love with love. Needs to choose more wisely but she’s doing just fine on her own.

Yes pp is right. The only thing is, the decent men who are stable would not want her at this point. She would need to change, but with her history it would be a turn off to decent men. Which leaves all the DBs.

Yeah she'd have to do the work. Who knows if she could at this point. Addicted to romance and love bombing in the early part of the relationship, wanting a fellow power player--hard to undo those patterns.

Agree her picker is broken. She likes the romance and not the work of marriage.
She doesn’t want a cheater, but picks cheaters. She wants full attention, but she picks guys who are famous and therefore cannot provide her the full attention and romance she desires.

Although she interviews very bubbly she has a reputation as an insecure mean girl. Does anyone else remember that interview in the 90s where she talked crap on a bunch of other actresses? She’s probably the same douchebag she’s always been and these dudes, with their long track records of cheating rather than working through relationship problems, eventually get sick of it.

She’s been married three times, engaged five. Plus a few other long term relationships that blew up before engagement (Drake, Puff Daddy). Including being the other women more than once.
