Definitely! My love for the op is as strong as her desire to get the cuddles from her kitty I might even be starting to like cats now!

I have much gratitude for all of your big support, as much gratitude as my cat has hate for me, which is very much.

Report - we had outside time and he decide to stand like a stone and just stare at the grass and make no eye contact with me. My belief is he is angry I refuse to give into his desire for more tasting of the jelly bean.

Kitty is racing like speed racer 500 nascar zoom zoom at top speed around house like is his business to knock my items over and to make many laps all around house.

Where are the jelly beans? He's looking for them! And the cereal! I'd be extra careful tonight if I were you. This cat is up to something...

Keep trying different things -- toys, catnip, treats. But don't hold/cuddle too much. With cats, you want to invite them, not force them.

My tiny ferocious house jaguar has rejected the catnip and also cat treats. He does not like food that is not crunchy. All foods much be crunchy, like the breaking of bones in his sharp little teeth, I think. No wetness for this cat! He would like to snap bones of the animals in his jaws! We are making much eye contact and staring at long times from across the room with no movements at each other, just angry stares.

Once I make the movement in the directions of the kitty he shows much displeasure buy making many loud meows and running with fast speed from the bookshelf to the table to the sofa to the next room like he has taken much cat drugs. I cannot catch him despite many attempts to try to catch and cuddle.

Now it is walk time. We cannot make our walk until I do catch him to insert him into his leash. Once we are outside he will be stalking his bird friends that he I am sure would wish to eat. Much like he also wishes to eat my large toe and my ankles and my ankles and my legs.

You're definitely the most entertaining of possibly fake posters we've ever had in the Pets forum, OP. I can't fairly call you a troll because you don't seem to be interested in causing trouble. But, in case you're for real, here's a few things to remember.

Like others have said, you can't force a cat to give up the cuddles. All you can do is be calm, almost Zen like, and communicate to the kitty that you are available for cuddles when he's ready. He's young, yet, and your home is still new, so you have to be patient. Keep playing with him, petting him when he comes around, and enjoying the purrs when he sleeps near your head. When he gets the kitty zoomies and runs around the house, this is just him playing and exercising. Don't try to capture him. Just keep trying to play, dangling the feather or playing with a laser toy. Also, be glad he isn't doing this at 3am when you want to sleep. My cats seem to especially like running games at 3am.

Loud meows are his way of talking to you. Talk back! The meows might not be angry, as you perceive. The longer you know each other, the more you'll come to understand what all his different meows, squeaks and purrs mean. Also, you may not know this, but direct eye contact is a sign of love from a kitty! If you get slow blinks during direct eye contact, even better. Also, depending on the breed, a tail held up question mark style is also a sign of love. So, maybe, just maybe, your tiny ferocious house jaguar likes you more than you know and maybe is just trying to teach you how to love him back.

Finally, yes, kitties are little pains sometimes, and I can totally see yours knocking over the cereal at the most advantageous time to get your attention. But, don't give them too much credit. Their brains are pretty small and the likelihood of them plotting and waiting for you to change the toilet paper is probably more deviousness than they can handle, especially when it's just as easy to knock something else off another shelf. Odds are, the toilet paper incident is a crime of opportunity.

Keep at it, OP. You and your kitty are making progress! And keep us updated. You're very entertaining, real or not.

I am glad you enjoy. My tiny jaguar now sleeps on pillow above my head and purrs loudly like lawnmower. He still avoids all contact and flees at the sight of my hand reaching for touches. We are talking about our needs and how to negotiate cuddles.

You'll get there! I have faith in you and kitty.

Just now I see paw under door while I try to use bathroom! He is reaching out for my love and cuddles because he know I cannot return his love. So smart my tiny black jaguar.

So cute! Tell us more, is he black with green eyes, how old is he?

He is fluffy black with the green eyes of lizard and scaly tongue of nail file. When he licks face I believe he is making attempt to peel skin off my face. His breath has odor like tuna fish of the ocean, but he is cat, so not like he makes brushing teeth often. Let me tell you the anger he is filled with when I clip his tiny dragon claws. Like explosive meows from deep in his chest telling me my death is upon me. Then he sink sharp tooth fangs in to my hand and takes bite, this is why I now wear garden glove to clip these claws.

So still much angry glares. Much running fast. But, even with most hours of the day spent in staring contest with ferocious house jaguar, he still sleeps on my head like tiny furry hat.

I have told kitty he has lost outdoor time and he will have time-out as he cannot be in control of his attacks on my ankles today.

Tiny house jaguar has made night time friends with me and I am waking with him on my pillow. This brings me great joy.
