Wait a second. It has to be some problem with a neighbor. The dead cousin showed her that crazy neighbor, who is known to be crazy because they did something to someone in OP's family or someone close to them, will do something like invade their house or attack a family member or kill their rabbit and leave it boiling in a pot on the stove, and that will lead to a mental breakdown on the part of OP's family member who will do something as bad as suicide+burning down the house.

If the above is true, move, because you already know the neighbor is dangerous, and dead cousin or not, your subconscious (and perhaps someone who cares about you who wants you out of the situation and bizarrely called the PODs people) is telling you it is dangerous and get out.

Now THAT could be an interesting horror movie. Person stalks, terrorizes and then kill's someone's family member. 1.5 years later murderer moves next door to said family and weird stuff starts to happen. Dead family member's death was ruled an accident and no one searched for a murderer but now the dead family member sees his murderer is now living next door to his family and is starting to terrorize them. Ghost manipulated the CO detectors in hopes it will get family members to move. When that doesn't work, he starts to appear to the mom in her dreams warning her of impending doom. When that still doesn't work, ghost overtakes someone's body in order to call the POD company.

Tell your husband. I believe in this kind of stuff, OP. Here's my story:

My Mom passed away 5 years ago in April. The summer after my Mom left this realm of existence, DH and I went to the beach with our son. The night we got there, there was a horrible thunderstorm. We went to bed, and when we woke up, I told him my dream right away. I did not see my mom in the dream, but felt her guiding me through it and telling me that I should not trust my stepfather (in real life, I never did 100% so I figured this was my subconscious talking). It was a dream that really bothered me, so that is why I told DH. He is quite practical and a total realist. However, when I told him, he said "whoa. I need to tell you my dream". He dreamt that my mom was guiding him to her desk in her house because my stepfather was trying to steal from her. She told him to look for some papers. That was all he remembered. Similar dreams on the exact same night.

In my moms will my sister and I got everything, including my grandmothers jewelry, which is worth a pretty penny. I told my stepfather I am coming over to get it and I had already gotten a safe deposit box for it. So I went over with a family friend. He opened the safe and took out the jewelry. I said "what about that stuff on the top shelf?" . He said "that's mine, you don't need to worry about that". I found that weird, but whatever. He then told me my grandfather had taken all of my grandmothers stuff already...and that part was true. After looking through all the stuff I said " I am going to talk to my grandfather and get the jewelry from him. Where are the photos that my mom took of all of it?" He said he had no idea what I was talking about. I told him, yes you do, you were there when she was taking them. A week later he calls me and says "Oh, buy the way, I found some of your grandmothers jewelry mixed in with my stuff". He had taken 3 pieces out and kept them for himself. Had I not asked for those photos, I may have never gotten them. DH's dream is what had made me remember that those photos existed.

And in the end the tragedy isn't prevented, but we learn that the terrorized family member doesn't kill himself and burn down the house - both he and the house fall into a disfiguring time vortex which send them into the past where we learn that HE IS THE CRAZY NEIGHBOR WHO KILLS THE COUSIN!!!!

OP, why are you so hesitant to give out the actual details? It's really hard to understand what you're talking about, or how seriously you should take it--or how to possibly prevent it from actually happening without know knowing exactly WHAT it is that you are talking about.
