Now THAT could be an interesting horror movie.  Person stalks, terrorizes and then kill's someone's family member.  1.5 years later murderer moves next door to said family and weird stuff starts to happen.  Dead family member's death was ruled an accident and no one searched for a murderer but now the dead family member sees his murderer is now living next door to his family and is starting to terrorize them.  Ghost manipulated the CO detectors in hopes it will get family members to move.  When that doesn't work, he starts to appear to the mom in her dreams warning her of impending doom.  When that still doesn't work, ghost overtakes someone's body in order to call the POD company.  [/quote]
