CogAt scores letter?

And there is no composite score listed in Addn to percentile? Supremely annoying, why is the county trying to make this process so shrouded in secrecy? Can someone in the pool please ask your AART what composite score was benchmark this year????

Received CogAT today in the mail along with in-pool letter (in same envelope).

Received scores today in school folder, not in pool, not even close. Am in shock - my kid is brilliant.

Received the CogAT today... basically a PowerPoint with a screenshot of The local percentile ranks. Does not explain anything, as previous CogATs have. Am considering a visit to Gatehouse to ask for more detailed data. THe form is missing the standard age score, stanine, and percentile ranks; additionally, the form is missing the number of items, number attempted, and number correct. I may need to email my cluster super or school board member to find out where the rest of the report is. FCPS has a major fustercluck, again!

Does WISC override lower CogAT, if WISC is very significantly higher?

Received scores...huge difference between NNAT and CogAT. In pool based upon NNAT 99%tile score. nit even close with the CogAT.

A WISC of 132 or higher should work.

Sure seems as though they are deliberately trying to hide the data...will be really interesting if the pool and ultimately the AAP classes of next year are significantly lower in population as compared to this year's 3rd grade....

I don't think anything nefarious is going on. It is just a very poor implementation of a new system. IME, conspirosy theories lose out to incompetence every time.
