This is something I've been pondering since I've heard the details about this. Technically she was not raped but he forced her to do oral sex on him - yet we don't call that rape? If it happened to me, I sure would have felt like I was raped!

The press is calling it sexual assault and attempted rape. Dunno if that will match the actual charges. Really, it's pretty silly for the earlier poster to be splitting hairs. It is irrelevant to this particular discussion.
