Yes REPORTED rapes, because in American culture rape is PROSECUTED and you as a woman are not shamed. I'm proud to be an American woman and if I were reincarnated, I'd wish to be nothing other than an American woman again.

As far as South Africa goes and rapes? I lived in South Africa for a year and rape is rampant. When a rape is reported the media always always comments on what the woman was wearing and debates if she asked for it. Google their illustrious president Jacob Zuma and his sexual behavior. He is an embarrassment to the country.

This is something I've been pondering since I've heard the details about this. Technically she was not raped but he forced her to do oral sex on him - yet we don't call that rape? If it happened to me, I sure would have felt like I was raped!
