You married a moron and had kids with him. Good luck with that.

Sounds like he was flourishing in his government job then.

This whole thread is fake, trying to frame gov workers as lazy and incompetent

It really is not. They walked home alone and were home alone for about 20-30 minutes before I got home.

My money is on depression, I’m a fed and I cannot tell you how many of my my energetic and smart colleagues are struggling right now, some clinically.

Have you asked him what is wrong?

If he’s such a dud why did you have kids with him?

I can't read this whole thread, but as a furloughed Fed I can tell you I am extremely stressed out. I want to go back to work ASAP. In the meantime, I don't know when (or if) I'll go back. I could be laid off. Maybe I'll get paid, maybe not. I can't read a book, all I can do is doom scroll to see if there's any news about a CR being passed. It is not fun, and it's not a vacay.

Right, so WHY DOES HE HAVE TO GO GET THEM NOW?

Why can't he go to UPS or dry cleaners in 2 hours. Or pick a new cleaner and UPS not 30 miles away, lol.
