record/club/team/league has zero to do with if a college coach will come see a player. Coaches aren't walking around tournaments looking at random teams. The only thing that matters is that they're at an event that your team is going to, the player has reached out in advance and if they're interested they'll watch, if they're not they won't.
So all of the college coaches watch all of the club teams equally?
No that's not what was just said. This is why critical thinking is important. College coaches watch the PLAYERS who have sparked their interest in advance by sending them emails and video before an event. Some teams have more players who can spark interest ahead of events. Those players tend to collect together onto teams which is what makes those teams win more games. But coaches are not interested in them BECAUSE they play on winning teams. It's because they are good players who do the things needed to attract interest.
Thought experiment: If you took one of those good players from a winning team and moved them to a losing team, they would still have good highlights to send coaches and attract interest before the event, so they would still come watch them in person. Similarly, if you took a non exceptional player from a losing team and put them on the winning team, the coaches would still not be interested in watching them because their highlight reels would still not interest them. Team/club/record does not matter.
