Probably same person who has complained for years why lamb doesn't have a shuttle bus from their house to lamb (for the sake of all the disadvantaged families at lamb ofcourse). Why do all the same people have issues with language learning, return to office, transportation. You'd think if it was a real problem, there would be wider group of people affected.

This is a new phenomenon. The school has new leadership. The school has become like a coworker who is constantly calling in sick or otherwise finding some excuse why he or she can't come into work. It's constantly closing for reasons that are not well explained. As a parent, it can feel like your child doesn't get to go to school all that often.

There's 19 weeks in which the school takes times off. That's almost every other week of the entire school year. If I did that in my job, I would be fired.

There's 19 weeks in which the school takes times off. That's almost every other week of the entire school year. If I did that in my job, I would be fired.

In my workplace people have 4+ weeks of vacation leave plus personal and sick. If someone scheduled 1-2 vacation days a month in advance they would not be fired.

DC law is schools are in session for 180 days. Go count the number of days LAMB is in session on its official calendar. LAMB is almost two weeks short.
