Do teens have lots of sleepovers in high school?

No. More like "crashing" at someone's house cause too drunk to drive home, or wanting to avoid going home for some reason. Or just wanting to spend the night with the BF/GF. Camping was used as an excuse a lot also.

What percentage of high schoolers are "spending the night " with their boy/girlfriend, ie, having sex. This was not the norm in late 80's. Are there so many kids drinking under 21? Is this area (MoCo) debauched? Where are the parents??

Less common than when? Teens go to school and have activity commitments but still manage to socialize. Teens can handle sleepless nights once in a while.

This was me in HS. We were smart kids with good grades but a wild bunch and I slept at a lot of friends houses on the weekends because we were partying hard.

My teens aren’t like me at all and my oldest hasn’t had a sleepover since middle school. He likes to sleep in his own bed. DC 2 is more social but super involved in sports and prefers to come home really late to get a better nights sleep than sleepover anywhere because there is likely a game or practice the next day. Maybe 2 sleepovers a year, if that.
