Biden planning changes to the Supreme Court

Truthfully, President and Vice president need limits, as well. 75 and neither Biden nor Trump would be on ballot.

Liberals are made that the supreme court has been bought by billionaires and abandoned their "settled law" and even conservative doctrine to determine that a president is above the law and that the federal government can no longer write and enforce rules that protect the public so as to have clean air, clean water and safe working conditions.

That never happened. Again it is liberals unhappy with not getting their way, not having a Supreme Court that ignores the Constitution to implement their preferred policies.

DP. Kavanaugh was pretty mad about the way the Supreme Court pretended that adjacent doesn't mean adjacent.

The law was clear. The Court pretended it wasn't.

That is exactly what happened. The SCOTUS now wants Congresspeople - who are not scientific experts, to write these rules. I can't wait to see what Marge Greene pushes forward for arcane drug regulations or water-lead concentrations.

SCOTUS was left leaning for decades and no one thought to do this. Now these psychotic demonrats who openly weaponize the legal system are going to poison the highest court in the land.

It’s already poisoned. Haven’t you been paying attention?

They have but they like it. They like that two men who lost the popular vote two of their three times got to nominate the right wing freaks on the court and they love that their decisions are bereft of sense and precedent. It gives them the jollies!

It did, actually. Republican is spelled O-B-T-U-S-E.

Ha ha ha ha ha.

The irony is delicious

This post didn't age well. Also delicious.

It's a bad idea because it's just a power play by the left. Only now, after decades of a far-left Supreme Court (and then a milquetoast Court that simply accepted all of the leftist dictates from the far-left Court), when there is a right-leaning Supreme Court, now suddenly the left wants to change the rules.

Screw that. We see you. We aren't playing that game. You'll suck it up and deal with a right-wing court for decades.

It's not a "right-leaning" court -- it's corrupted.

Chevron was overturned. So yes, it did happen.

Me too. These are common sense reforms that bring more ethics and accountability to the Supreme Court toward restoring the public's trust, faith and confidence in them - which is currently at rock-bottom levels.
